Usage Methods

Surface Treatment:Before use, ensure that the electronic components and the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free of grease, dust, oxides and other contaminants. You can use a suitable cleaning agent (such as isopropyl alcohol) to wipe the surfaces.

Application:Cut the tip of the adhesive tube at an appropriate angle according to the size of the bonding area, and then load the adhesive tube into a dispensing gun. Apply the adhesive evenly to the bonding surface of the electronic components or the position where fixing is required.

Assembly and Positioning:Immediately assemble the components after applying the adhesive, and ensure that the components are accurately positioned. If necessary, use fixtures or other tools to assist in fixing the components during the curing process.

Curing:The adhesive curing time may vary depending on environmental conditions (such as temperature and humidity). For faster curing, you can increase the temperature appropriately according to the product requirements, but do not exceed the specified maximum temperature.

Inspection:After the adhesive is completely cured, inspect the bonding effect to ensure that the components are firmly fixed and the sealing is good. If there are any defects, appropriate repair measures can be taken according to the situation.
